Salary, Fees, and Registration

Get started in 5 easy as steps!

 

 

  • Initial Meeting with Savvy Southern Belle Agency. After submitting the family application, Savvy Southern Belle Agency will contact you to either meet with you in person or Skype to discuss your family needs and your ideal candidate.  In this meeting we will address your questions and clarify information on forms and job description you have completed. During this time we may be fairly informal as to get to know you better. This helps greatly in making a lasting referral.

 

  • Search Process. Once we understand your needs and it has been determined that we can be of assistance, will send you our Nanny Matchmaker form to read, sign, return and remit $150 non-refundable registration fee that will initiate the search process. You be provided a password to access nanny profiles.

 

  • Interviewing candidates. The agency will share information about the family and the job to prospective nannies and likewise, will share information about prospective nannies with families. If there is a mutual interest, the agency will arrange interviews between nannies and families. Most interviews take place in the family's home at a time that is mutually agreeable.

 

  • Placement of a nanny. After the family decides to make an offer to the nanny and the nanny is will willing to accept.  The family, nanny and agency representative will have one final meeting to ensure that all aspects of the job description/offer are clear and acceptable to both the nanny and family.  At that time, the placement agreement is signed between nanny and the family.  The referral placement fee is paid to the agency based upon nanny-family contract. (Background investigation results will be provided to family.)

NANNY MATCHMAKER REGISTRATION (Annual)

This is non-refundable $150 fee that begins the matchmakng process. This fee includes background screening which includes child abuse registry, sex offender registry, felony and misdemeanor check, driving record, employment verification, U.S. education verification, and 5-panel drug screening.  This fee must be paid prior to nanny matchmaking.

 

 

PERMANENT NANNY

The agency referral placement fee is 10 % of the employee’s annual gross income (Minimum $2500.00 full-time/$1275.00 part-time; whichever is greater). 

 

Salaries for permanent nanny placements are variable as it depends on experience and expertise.  The salary  range from $13-$25 per hour. Salaries are negotiated between family and nanny. 

 

*90 Days Free Replacement Gaurantee (maximum of 3 replacements)*

 

*3 Free Back-up days ($20 per day thereafter)*

 

 

TEMPORARY NANNY

(Short-term, Vacation/Summer up to 3 months)

The agency referral placement fee of $100 per week (or rate of $1050 at the time of placement).

Note: If after the 3-month period the family decides to hire the temporary nanny for permanent nanny placement, a fee of 10% of the nanny’s annual salary will apply. The $100 per week (or rate of $1050)  temporary referral placement fee will be deducted..

 

(Temporary, Daily)

The agency daily rate is $20 per day.  

 

(Temporary, Weekly)

The agency weekly rate is $80 per week. 

 

Salaries for temporary nanny placements are variable as it depends on experience and expertise. The salary of nannies range from $13-$25 per hour.

Neonatal Specialist

(considered as temporary placement) 

An agency placement fee of 12% of the estimated earned income for the term or $900, minimum, whichever is greater.  

Note: If after the 3-month period the family decides to hire the neonatal specialist for long-term nanny placement, a new agency referral placement fee of 10% of the nanny’s annual salary will apply. The agency referral placement fee paid for the  temporary placement will be deducted.
