Savvy Southern Belle Agency belives in providing safety, discipline, and growth for healthy development of the child.  We offer trainings to assist families with taking steps towards their child's growth. 

 

Parenting Seminars are given in Savvy Southern Belle Agency’s office and Parenting Series are given online. Topics include but are not limited to patient parenting, toilet training, sibling conflict, discipline, behavior modification, tantrums, difficult behaviors, post-partum blues/adjustment, meal time issues, separation anxiety, new parent concerns, and combative teen behavior.

Online Parenting Series
 

Our online parenting series are 2-week classes that allow parents to work through assignments, ask questions, and get feedback. Every other 3-weeks will target specific age groups (i.e. tiny titan "two's", school-age children, tweens, teens).

This class is appropriate if:

  • You are fed up with the constant arguing.

  • You feel like the best option is Bootcamp.

  • You start to feel hopeless or helpless.

  • You are ready to change and restore love into your parenting relationship.

 

Goals of parenting series is to: 

  • Identify the areas of conflict, ages 12-15

  • Pinpoint root causes of conflict

  • Create a plan to decrease the conflict

  • Grow and cultivate a better relationship with teens.

 

How does the parenting series work?

  • Access class at any time, from anywhere. The entire class is ONLINE, which makes it convenient and easy!

  • You will be able to log-into daily to view your activity.

  • There will be THREE live webinars (Wednesday’s, 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., central) for us to interact!  If you miss a live webinar, it will be archived for your review and discussion.

  • You will complete the activity; add your comments and questions as needed.

  • I will review your comments and check-in class to offer tips, advice, and support!

  • According to an Igbo and Yoruba (Nigeria) Proverb, “It takes a whole village to raise a child”.  I like to believe that the village also “cultivates a community”.  Thus, I want you, the parents, to support each other because your wisdom is invaluable!
