Savvy Southern Belle Agency provides travelers visiting the Houston and Dallas areas of Texas the comfort of experienced, skilled and fully screened childcare professionals to meet their particular childcare needs.

 

Childcare professionals referred to hotel clients are the same nannies or sitters regularly assigned to engagements with our registered and corporate clients.The caregiver may stay in the room for the entire time or take the children on outings with the parents’ permission. Outings may be to a children’s movie, hotel swimming pool, the Children’s Museum or other places of interest.

 

For the convenience of hotel clients, Savvy Southern Belle Agency (SSBA) accepts major credit cards for the payment of the agency referral fees.  Hotel childcare professionals are paid directly at the time of service by cash or check.

 

 

No Registration Fee is required of hotel guests utilizing our referral services. In addition to the hourly rate ($10-18) paid directly to the childcare professional, SSBA charges daily referral fees for our childcare services as listed below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order has been placed and a childcare professional referred and accepted by the guest or the hotel, the agency referral fee is due and payable.  If the order is subsequently cancelled, the referral fee remains due, but, time permitting, the childcare professional will be cancelled. If the order is cancelled with insufficient time to cancel the childcare professional, the hotel or guest ordering the service is expected to pay the nanny a minimum two (2) hour fee.
